Why don’t you sell individual edge-to-edge designs?

Sorry, but at this time, we can’t offer single files or customizable expansion packs (though those are two very good ideas). There are two reasons for that:

• Please remember that we’re a small family business, and managing the web site is only one of the things that Mark, “the Geeky Guy,” does for us. The time and effort required to create individual products for the more than 200 designs in our Expansion Packs would keep Mark from doing anything else for quite a while.
• The majority of our sales comes from wholesale business with retailers, and we don’t want to undercut the many quilt stores that carry our products.

One other thought that might help: our Edge-to-Edge book retails for $35, and each Expansion Pack is priced at $20. By comparison, the price of long-arm quilting for a lap or twin quilt is frequently $80-100. So, if you use one design one time, you have already saved a lot of money, relative to long-arm quilting.
