How do I get files from DropBox?

Some of the links on our web site, and some of the downloads we send you for Customer Support use a cloud-based service called DropBox.

DropBox is very easy to use, if you remember 2 things, and take 2 easy steps.

Things to remember:
1.) You do NOT need to create an account.
2.) Do NOT click the file icon on the left side of the page.

Clicking this icon displays a list of the files, but you can’t download them this way.

Things to do:
1.) Click the download icon at the upper left corner of the screen.

2.) Your web browser may show a dialog box that lets you select where to save the downloaded file. Select a location, and click OK.

The download should be pretty fast. When the download is complete, your web browser should display an icon showing that the files are ready, and they should be in your computer’s Downloads folder.
