Edge-to-Edge Lecture/Demo & Trunk Show at Ann Arbor Sewing & Quilting

In this session, Christine Conner, the “creative force” behind Amelie Scott Designs and author of Edge-to-Edge Quilting on Your Embroidery Machine, will share a wealth of information through a combination trunk show, lecture, and demonstration.

While Christine is best known for her quilting technique books, this active designer is always releasing something new, often with a focus on seasonal decor. During this session, Christine will introduce her newest and best-selling projects that can enhance your decor for this time of year, and the months soon to come.

Christine will also mix in hints, tips, and techniques that make machine embroidery easier, and help you get great results on any type of project. This information is appropriate for quilters and embroidery enthusiasts of any skill level. Also mixed in to this session is an introduction to Christine’s FOUR techniques for quilting on an embroidery machine. These will be short demonstrations, not an in-depth technical lesson. But the introductions will give you new options for how to approach any quilting project you want to pursue.

This demonstration will be a fun, informative session, with something for everyone!
